Caprice in the beautiful resort community of Peregian Springs, is located on the Sunshine Coast, less than 2 hours drive north of Brisbane. Although a favourite holiday destination, this region has, over the last 10 years emerged as a growth sector. Queensland Government projections indicate that by 2011, the expected population of the region will be between 324,500 and 340,000 and that this will rise to over 500,000 by 2026. #
